LABAB OUMO
Tender chunks of lamb cooked in a special blend of yogurt, onions, garlic, and cilantro. Served over basmati rice.
BEMIEH (LEBANESE OKRA)
Lebanese Okra and lamb cooked with tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Served over basmati rice.
KAFTA BSINNIEH
A Lebanese casserole of lean ground beef sautéed with onions, parsley, and spices then layered with potatoes and fresh tomatoes baked in a tomato sauce infused with fresh herbs. Served over basmati rice.
KOUSA (BABY SQUASH)
Baby Squash cored and stuffed with rice, ground beef, and spices then simmered in a tomato sauce infused with dry mint and fresh herbs.
MOLOKHIA (GARDEN MALLOW LEAVES)
Molokhia simmered with garlic, fresh lemon juice, roasted chili and
shredded chicken. Served over basmati rice with a side of diced onions
marinated in vinegar.
ROASTED HALF CHICKEN
Succulent half chicken, roasted with extra virgin olive oil and herbs, served with homemade french fries, hummus, wild cucumber pickles, garlic sauce and pita bread.
GRAPE LEAVES AND BABY SQUASH
A delicious duo stuffed with rice, ground lamb and spices, simmered in
a special lamb and lemon sauce, infused with cinnamon, exotic herbs
and spices. Served with yogurt.
