My journey began at 15... kicking back like any teen, yet spending summers at a neighborhood spice factory in Lebanon. That’s where I discovered the art of blending spices and herbs and the remarkable way flavors can transport you with just one bite.

At Open Sesame, we craft bold, soulful Mediterranean cuisine deeply rooted in tradition. Our recipes trace back through centuries of Phoenician, Greek, Arab, Roman, and Ottoman influences... all brought to life with fresh, carefully selected ingredients and genuine care.

For us, food is about more than flavor... it’s about creating moments, evoking memories, and experiencing that rare pause when a bite captivates your senses. We make everything from scratch, honoring authenticity without shortcuts.
